The School of Naprapathy is currently revising its quality system to align with the "Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG)."
The School of Naprapathy provides education in manual medicine based on science and proven experience. The college strives to offer students a scientific and professional environment with a close connection between research, education, and future professional life. The college's quality system is an essential tool for ensuring and continuously developing the quality of the naprapathy program. By designing the system in a simple and tailored way, it helps the college evaluate its operations and ensure that its goals are met in the best possible way.
Quality work at the School of Naprapathy is characterized by commitment, responsibility, and participation from both staff and students, promoting sustainability, gender equality, diversity, and equal treatment. The work is proactive, visible, and transparent, and is designed to be understandable, manageable, and meaningful. The institution strives to establish, maintain, and further develop a quality culture that permeates the entire organization. Quality work encompasses the structures, processes, and routines required to ensure high educational standards, the efficient use of available resources, compliance with standards, guidelines, laws, and regulations, and the continuous improvement of operations to meet established goals. Quality work is developed in consultation with external stakeholders and is subject to both internal and external review.
Reports and guidelines from the Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) and the Association of Swedish Higher Education Institutions (SUHF) regarding the quality assurance of education and research serve as key foundations for the content and structure of the quality system.
