NIMM and the Scandinavian College of Chiropractic Foundation, SKHS, have agreed to consolidate all chiropractic education in Sweden at NIMM. The goal is to create a clear and long-term sustainable educational environment for students, the profession, and the future of chiropractic.
As of the autumn semester of 2026, there will be no new admissions to the chiropractic program at SKHS; new students are instead referred to the chiropractic program at NIMM. Students currently enrolled at the College of Chiropractic are offered the opportunity to continue their chiropractic studies at NIMM, following an individual assessment of their previous studies.
NIMM already conducts chiropractic education and possesses the educational, clinical, and administrative structure required to receive students within the framework of an orderly transition. The goal is to provide affected students with a clear path forward, while ensuring that chiropractic expertise, educational quality, and professional identity are preserved within a larger educational environment for manual medicine.
If you are an enrolled student at the College of Chiropractic, you can express your interest in continuing your studies at NIMM.
For NIMM to assess your continued studies, your previous coursework must be evaluated individually. This means that NIMM will assess which courses and modules you have previously completed, which parts can be credited, and what a potential study plan at NIMM might look like.
Fill out the expression of interest form for continued studies at NIMM. Once your application has been received, you will receive information about the documentation required for the assessment.

All new students are referred to the chiropractic program at NIMM.
If you have already submitted an application to the College of Chiropractic, you have received an email where you can consent to SKHS sharing your application details with NIMM. This allows NIMM to process your application for the chiropractic program without you having to start over. Providing consent means that SKHS may transfer relevant application data to NIMM for admission-related processing. NIMM will then follow up with information regarding the next steps.

The College of Chiropractic's clinics in Solna and Skellefteå remain open for patient treatments for the remainder of the semester. As a patient, you can continue to book appointments as follows.
As of the autumn semester of 2026, clinical operations will be phased out, and patients will thereafter be referred to NIMM Clinic at Odenplan in central Stockholm.
