The goal of the undergraduate program is for students to be trained to demonstrate an understanding of the field's scientific foundation and insight into current research and development work, as well as to see the connection between science and proven experience and its significance for professional practice.
Early in their studies, students are introduced to critical thinking and scientific theory and methodology to foster a scientific approach.
From the fourth semester, students can also apply for an advanced research course offered as an elective with two specializations: research in naprapathy and sports medicine. The advanced course is led by Head of Research and Development Martin Asker at the School of Naprapathy and is aimed at students with a strong interest in research issues, with the goal of promoting the development of knowledge within manual medicine.
It is truly gratifying to see such strong interest in this year's applications, as research is crucial for the quality development of manual medicine!
