Once you have completed the payment, you are registered for the course.
Registration & Confirmation: You register for the course by paying the course fee. The receipt you receive via email serves as your confirmation of registration. The receipt also includes VAT information for your accounting records.
Cancellation: For cancellations made at least 15 days before the course starts, you will receive a refund minus a 250 SEK administrative fee. For cancellations made less than 15 days before the course starts, the full course fee will be charged. In the event of cancellation due to illness supported by a medical certificate, the full amount will be refunded. Registrations may be transferred to another person within the same company or organization, provided we are notified in advance.
Course Cancellation: If a course is cancelled due to illness or other unforeseen events, we will offer registered participants the opportunity to attend the course at a later date. If the participant prefers not to, the full amount will be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient registrations, in which case the course fee will be refunded. We are not responsible for cases where the delivery of the training is hindered, directly or indirectly, by government action, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
