The overall responsibilities involve creating and maintaining routines, as well as overseeing administrative work related to finance, HR, and the work environment. As Administrative Manager, the role involves collaborating with the board, owners, and other members of the School of Naprapathy leadership team to achieve the organization's goals. Patrik is already well-versed in many of these areas through his position as Clinic Manager, a role he has held since 2018.
Patrik will retain his current position and will formally hold the title of "Clinic Manager and Administrative Manager." The handover of responsibilities from Simon Berg, who currently serves as Administrative Manager, will take place gradually throughout the remainder of the autumn semester.
