In collaboration with the School of Naprapathy, Karolinska Institutet is conducting a research project to evaluate the effect of massage and exercise on chronic neck pain.

The project is called the Stockholm Neck Trial (STONE), and participation involves meeting with a therapist at the School of Naprapathy clinic at Observatoriegatan 17, Stockholm, as well as answering survey questions and SMS messages over a one-year period. Participation is free of charge.
We are looking for participants aged 18-70 who have had neck pain for at least 30 days. The discomfort must have significantly affected your work and/or leisure time. To participate, you must have a smartphone and access to the internet. You cannot participate if you are pregnant or have received treatment for your neck pain in the last 30 days.
