Naprapathy Day is a themed day organized annually by the School of Naprapathy Student Union with the aim of raising awareness of naprapathy and building connections with other healthcare providers. Naprapathy Day was celebrated on September 23rd, and this year's theme was "Together for Health."
All in all, it was a fantastically successful day!
Traditionally, the proceeds from the School of Naprapathy clinic on this day are donated to charity. This year, the clinic's proceeds were donated to the UNHCR, and we raised 22,800 SEK. Together, we handed out over 800 gift cards for the school clinic, which in turn brings more patients to our students. We established good contacts with physiotherapy, medical, chiropractic, and dental students. We gained increased trust among athletes from the Sports Gymnasium, the Ballet Academy, and the Circus Gymnasium, and we have contributed to strengthening naprapathy as a primary care choice for musculoskeletal issues.
Caroline Engstrand, President of the School of Naprapathy Student Union in 2015, along with the rest of the union, sends a big and warm thank you to all the dedicated and talented students!
