Last week, we held an Open House for prospective students interested in the naprapathic program. There was significant interest in applying for the August intake. The school management's presentation of the program clarified the curriculum and content, as well as the public health aspects and the societal benefits of naprapathy.
The strong job market for naprapaths was highlighted from a future perspective. Many attendees were surprised by the breadth of the naprapathic education, which includes courses in medicine, exercise science, biomechanics, psychology, law, economics, and professional development. The strength of the main subject, naprapathy, where students meet patients and apply theoretical and practical knowledge as early as their second semester, was also noted.
It was also great to share the news that naprapathy is now a licensed profession in Norway as well. The evening concluded with a student demonstration of a patient visit, a Q&A session, and a tour of the facilities.
It is always a pleasure to present the unique education we offer and the significant profession we represent.
Hopefully, we will be able to welcome many of the interested attendees this coming August.
Thank you to everyone who participated!
