One of the largest sports medicine conferences in the world, and one of the few focused on prevention, is the IOC World Conference on Prevention of Injury & Illness in Sport.
Licensed naprapath and MSc Ulrika Tranaeus presented her research in Tromsø in 2008 and in Monaco in 2011.
In April 2014, once again in Monaco, she was invited by the International Olympic Committee to participate in a symposium on the theme “Ahead of injuries; sports injury prevention from a psychological point of view.” Ulrika’s presentation is titled “Psychological prevention intervention, a cluster RCT study among elite floorball players.”
