Martin Asker, licensed naprapath, is presenting his doctoral thesis, “Shoulder injuries in adolescent elite handball players,” at Karolinska Institutet (KI) today.
Main supervisor Professor Eva Skillgate, opponent MD Benjamin Clarsen from the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences, and grading committee chair Professor HC Holmberg.
The public defense was conducted at an elegant and intellectually engaging level, largely due to the expertise and research approach of both the opponent and the respondent, combined with a lighthearted, spirited atmosphere! Just as expected, Martin did an excellent job!
It is with great pride and joy that we can now welcome another Doctor of Medicine to the naprapathic profession.
Congratulations and cheers!
