Welcome, lovely May...!

This is the second spring of the pandemic that we are experiencing without traditional Walpurgis Night and May Day celebrations, which are usually a major and important weekend for students. I have personally celebrated countless, usually freezing cold, Walpurgis weekends in Uppsala, complete with the cap-wearing ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor’s speech from Carolina Rediviva, and many other festivities. It can certainly feel difficult, and the longing for "normal" life can feel impossibly far away. The situation is absolutely still serious, but there is a glimmer of optimism as more and more people achieve immunity and get vaccinated with each passing day.
I want to celebrate the arrival of spring by giving a huge shout-out to all the staff and students at the School of Naprapathy and thank you for your fantastic efforts, great cooperation, and wonderful support. It has been a tiring period in many ways and a struggle on many levels, but the work has been successful!
My warmest spring greetings to you all!
